CAMP FAQ

Will Harrison be at camp?
Absolutely! Harrison will be at camp every day providing instruction and guidance to campers of all ages along with our professional and experienced counselors.

What are the ages for Harrison Barnes Basketball Camp?
Campers are boys and girls between the ages of 6 to 16.

What skill level is required to attend?
We welcome players of all abilities. Players will be grouped based on their ability.

What is the ratio of camper to counselor?
10:1

What supervision is provided?
In addition to the 10:1 ratio of campers to counselor, we also have additional staff as well as volunteers on-site to ensure individual attention towards each camper. Our staff will feature area high school coaches and former collegiate athletes.

What happens if a camper needs medical attention?
There will be an on-site certified athletic trainer available every day. The emergency contact will be notified immediately.

What are the drop off and pick times for camp?
Camp begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:00 PM, however, campers can be dropped off at 8:30 AM and picked up by 1:00 PM at no extra charge. Campers will need to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp and be equipped with athletic gear, basketball shoes, water bottle, towel, and a gym bag. Please do not bring a basketball to camp. Basketballs are provided.

What does the registration include?
Each camper receives basketball instruction, certificate of participation, an adidas camp t-shirt, adidas shorts, adidas sackpack, autographed item (provided by camp) as well as a group photo with Harrison.

I received my registration confirmation. Will I receive additional information?
Early June you will receive a welcome letter and complete camp information via e-mail.

Discipline
The camp director/organizer reserves the right to dismiss a camper for improper behavior or conduct. Registration fee will not be refunded.

Are parents allowed to watch the sessions?
Absolutely! Parents and relatives of campers are invited to attend the instruction sessions, however camp activities are closed to the general public.

Do you offer camp scholarships?
We do not offer individual scholarships. Scholarships to the Harrison Barnes Basketball Camp are issued directly to organizations or sponsors (e.g., local Boys and Girls Clubs, etc.) and those organizations/businesses determine scholarship recipients.

Souvenirs
Campers will have the opportunity to purchase camp souvenirs and other memorabilia.

What is your Refund Policy?
All cancellation requests must be in writing (email). Phone requests will not be accepted. Cancellations received at least fourteen days (2 weeks) prior to the start date of camp will be refunded. A $100 administration fee will be deducted from your refund per session/camper. No refunds will be provided less than fourteen days prior to the start date of camp, regardless of circumstance. All refunds are issued by check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
